  Item advertised in box but not sent and not mentioned as “not included” in listing. Requested upgrade on postage but message missed by seller and item dispatched (accept that happens). Earrings arrived squashed. On advising seller I felt them to be argumentative about the postage costs “for that price” Offered a refund if posted back. I just wanted the item as advertised, simple. Not recommending and buyer be aware of you are expecting the box which would assist authenticity by the way.
