  Marks on garment that were not mentioned, they came out in the wash but had I known they were there I probably would not have bid on the item. Postage was half what I paid but the seller refunded the difference when I informed them, which was acceptable. Good communication but seller needs to check these small ‘issues’ before advertising.

  I am sorry you had this experience, I had no idea the marks were there. The postage is always £3.20 so I had no idea why the postage was only £1.53 on this occasion. I refunded you the difference. I do hope you have better experiences in the future. Thank you for purchasing the dress.
