better of going to manufacturer
2 of 3 found this helpful I bought the right earpiece because I'm super irresponsible and lost the right earbud on 2 sets of jabras. the right earpiece works fine but the left is super crackly and lose connection now. tested with both sets of lefts. turns out all that shit is based on the connection strength of the right earbud. keeping the one I bought but also going to buy replacements from jabras so I can have a set that works well.
