Troy Built horse series 2 Not working properly.

Put these belts on it and can't get it in to gear seems as thou the forward motion is not going into gear. Tiller tines moves as I put it in gear Bogs the engine out. Only ran a forward belt last year and it worked fine. But with the second belt on it. Not going into gear. Not sure if there is an adjustment for tension on the or not. Gotta get a manual on it. 1983 Troy Built Horse series 2 When shes working right she will take you for a ride
