Rapid Charge...definitely.
Fully Charged 2 new M18 Red Lithium XC 5.0 and 2 new M12 Red Lithium 2.0 batteries in under 2hrs. Initially charger was making a high pitched sound until batteries reached about 50% charge and then quietened down. Hopefully this was only because the batteries were completely discharged and the chargers rapid charge technology is doing it's job. Inside a shop the noise would probably be unnoticeable but inside a quiet home it would be very noticeable. It's not a deal breaker just felt it should be noted. Love the fast charge and that it can be wall mounted to save space. Batteries can be left on charger until needed.

High Quality
Lightweight, durable, cro-moly steel, lazer etched identification, these should last a long time. A total of 3 pieces for to help get at those hard to reach areas. A nice set for 1/2'' drive impact guns.
