Excellent quality product
Unlike the cheaper honing steels around, this one actually does what it is designed to do. A very good product.

OK for occasional use
The stand works reasonably well.
It's range is limited.
It is OK for occasional use.
All the height adjustments require the use of an allan key. It would be much better to have used fixed knobs.
The vice supplied is made of aluminium and is poor quality.
You get what you pay for and this item is not expensive.
