Very Good but not Great
Construction:
The bench is a very high quality piece of equipment much like you would see in a commercial gym. The welds are all very solid and the upholstery is nice and the seat/back rest are padded nicely. This is definitely something you'd see in a regular gym and while the instructions don't list a capacity I would assume it's somewhere upwards of 600 to 1000 pounds
Assembly:
I had never assembled a bench before but was able to get this completed in about an hour with only a socket wrench and an adjustable wrench.
Cons:
The bench is a little higher than normal benches you would see in the gym this makes things like leaning over to grab weights lets say for seated dumbbell curl a little more rigorous than usual. I'm 6' with decently long arms so it's not a huge deal for me but for people with shorter arms it may be an issue.
The incline positions are kind of odd. Generally you'll have a 90, 75, 60, 45, 30, 15, 0 for a 7 position bench but since this includes decline as well the angles are slightly different for example the fully upright angle is 80 degrees instead of 90
Overall:
I bought this bench during the pandemic when it was near impossible to find a decent quality bench at a fair price so I'm happy with my purchase. I can personally live with the cons but if I had access to other benches I would probably have bought one that is a little lower to the ground and has the standard position adjustments.
