Worked as advertised.
Installed 6 into my Dell R710 server. Have a Perc 6i raid controller. Configured the 6 in a raid 10 for a striped and mirrored set to give me 3TB of storage. So far so good. All drives came with caddies which was a bonus. All drives worked, configured, initialized, formatted, just fine. Pleased so far.

Older version but great switch, integrates well with the Omada Software Controller
I purchased an older version of this switch, v1.6. But I was able to update its os to a version put out in 01/2025. I use this switch with the Omada Software Controller. I have had a learning curve with this switch and how to configure it with the Omada Software Controller. Previously I had worked with Netgear Smart Switches that were not near as configurable as this switch. Also this switch uses different "terms" on some things that the Netgear used. Once I got beyond that I was fine.
I have configured the switch and now have it running as the main switch in my HomeLab. I like the way the Omada Software Controller works with this switch. As I move forward I am sure I will be tweaking the configuration. First and foremost is Mutlicast traffic with IGMP snooping.
I would recommend this switch to anyone that doesn't require more than 1Gbps.
