Chilton book's and Haynes are the go to media whenever your needing to repair or replace.

It bends nicely and in my opinion it is a great value.
It flexes with out breaking as long as your careful it won't break or deformed it's shape if and when it breaks it's easily replaced at a modest cost of$15 each.
