  The wheelchair the seller sent to me was not the same as advertised, I did ask seller to pay for postage to return, but seller refused, the wheelchair seller sent is too big to fit in my car and that is why I wanted the one that was advertised , seller did give £30 refund but I’m left with a wheelchair, I won’t use and I’m forced to buy something that wasn’t my fault and I’m at a loss financially. I’m not happy with this situation.

  Advertised size etc the customer did not want to pay for return postage offered a £30 refund which was eagerly accepted and was told that would be the end of the matter then customer left negative review effectively the customer had a free item once delivery costs were taken into consideration
