  Excellent seller, unfortunately couriers were totally useless. They really damaged the box, didn't ring our door bell, lucky we have camera's because they left it in view of whole street. Sendel are the worst couriers around.

  I had asked for good packaging and I was assured it would be fine. It was subpar, you could hear the contents sliding around inside the box. Many of the book corners which were good in the sellers pictures were bent or folded over due to this poor packing job. This has negatively impacted the value of the products, especially the pictured one which is hard to find. Very unfortunate and disappointing. I did get the books I bought and I'm sure they looked good when shipped - but this was avoidable

  Item itself is exactly as described and arrived in great condition.:) I can't say the same about the shipping, however. I'm pretty sure that I've ordered the item with express shipping – which cost me further AU $15. However the item was sent with standard shipping, which meant quite a big delay before it finally arrived.
