  Seller sold me a defective item plus and it broke in delivery. Asked for a refund and seller was reluctant to help. I informed the seller of how to claim money back from Hermes due to the item breaking in delivery so that we could both get a refund. The seller said they would contact Hermes. 2 weeks later I asked for an update and was told “I don’t have time to contact Hermes”. Have asked eBay to step in to help. Highly recommend not buying from this seller.
