Great for beginners and intermediate.

Very pleased with the rack. For the price ($330) it is great. Pulleys need a little lubricant, but very good. If you are going to be lifting 300+ you might go for something a little bigger. I've put 275 on it with no problem. A little wobble on dips (6'2 190#), but not bad. You can actually use the dip bars for extra plate storage.
