  Advertised as "new". When received, there was a piece broken off. Let the seller know. I explained that I was going to keep it but felt that I should get a partial refund. Seller said they wouldn't know how to do that. They have my address, so I recommend just sending it to me. We discussed the items damage and I was told that it must have chipped in shipping. I pulled up the original post and expanded the picture and noticed that it was already damaged. So it was not new.

  i was never provided with a tracking number for my order i didn't recieve the item instead i recieved a empty envelope with a hole in the middle in my locked mailbox i think the seller tried to make it look like the item was stolen but how could it be stolen if my mailbox is locked when i messaged the seller and asked why he didnt provide a tracking number he had the nerve to tell me how would providing a tracking number make a difference obviously i would of been able to track a package

  You stated on email that your neighbor stole item from mail. Ebay refunded to you full amount because I tried to save you money by not sending with tracking which would have added 4 dollars to a tiny 10$ item. I've been an Ebay seller/buyer for 18yrs never neg feedback. STATEMENT WAS IF NEIGHBOR STOLED IT HOW COULD TRACKING HAVE CHANGED THAT. Now you claim locked mailbox?? I BELIEVE YOU KNEW YOU COULD GET REFUND BECAUSE NO TRACKING AND HAVE ITEM.
