Lower Quality Vinyl
The vinyl is very thin. CLearly ot the heavy duty grade vinyl of my original cover,that this was the replacement for. I predict that it will not last long.

Never Worked
I tried everything I could think of, but was never able to obtain sound. I was using an optical outlet, from the Samsung 75" Q9 TV. The optical outlet was activated and had the correct format. Nothing worked. After a couple of weeks, trying every Sennheiser troubleshooting recommendation, I gave up.
