Buy OEM on the first pass!
Bought OEM "like" on eBay, but didn't actually fit. This did and would recommend it!

Mini Cooper Gas Cap fault light
Kept getting fault light for gas cap leak, even though gas cap was in place. This is because the Mini pressurizes the fuel system/tank and sometimes the seal on the cap can go bad. While there are a few other places in the system that can cause this fault light to come on, this is one of the things to replace first (low cost and easy to do). In my case, this worked and CEL light has turned off. Great price. Thank you.
