Don't waste your money, buy a conventional reel measure.
The basic and design are a very good idea, it has been very poorly made. You attach the tape via a marked punched hole using a dart to the bullseye and let the tape drop to the ground, I know my dartboard is the correct height as I used a steel rule when fitting. The tape fulls approximately three to four inches away from the floor. The instructions say you stretch the tape to the floor and it is quit a stretch at one point it pulled the dart out of the board! Just buy a steel reel rule, it may cost a few quid more, but it's accurate.
Tailors have been using tape measures very accurately for centuries, if the used this you would lend up with a jacket with one slleeve at least three inches longer than the other,
