Glad we upgraded, have ice now, woohoo!
If you have a Samsung refrigerator with the ice-maker not working you have to upgrade to this model of ice maker. It has an updated design to help keep the water from spilling out and causing your machine to freeze over. Also, remember to go through all of the service bulletin upgrades...add the Y-clips, silicone the bottom edges of the ice box, check for a good seal on the ice door flapper, etc. So far, it's been making ice without freezing over. Very pleased that we took the time to fix all of these issues.
