One of most used products in my kitchen

The leather does not hold its shape
The top flap on bag does not have enough support to hold its shape when the bag is filled, which makes the part of the flap that curves downward lose its shape and look lumpy and bumpy. Not acceptable for a small bag in this price range, although the leather is nice and quality craftsmanship other than the above problem.
