  After I had to contact the seller about a tracking number I had to wait for a number that was no good after 2 weeks I did get a full refund but that doesn’t help the fact it was a gift very disappointed

  I purchased this item and did not receive it by 8 days after purchase, emailed asking for tracking info, no reply. 3 days later reported to eBay & asked for tracking again. No reply. Here we are 1 day later and it arrived, but package was not sent out until 9 days after purchase. No communication at all. Never was sent the tracking number. I love the pin, but the seller really needs to work on their communication skills.
