Great Workout for Beginners!
1 of 1 found this helpful This workout DVD has enough variety to keep me entertained. I enjoy the different types of exercise. Many of the exercises can have the intensity upped to get a more effective workout. There is an option to "Create Your Own Workout" all that really does is allow you to choose two or more workouts to do end to end, so you still do the warm-ups and cool-downs of each individual workout, but if you are up to doing 20 minutes or more workout, it does allow you to shake things up.
