One of the last great season previews
This is, in my opinion, one of the last (if not the last) DVD season previews for MotoGP/Grand Prix racing. There's much more content on it than subsequent season preview DVDs have offered. Also, it was a pivotal season for the sport. It was the last "Grand Prix" year as the series was renamed "MotoGP" the following year. The DVD covers the transition from two to four stroke technology. This season also marked the beginning of what I consider the "Valentino Rossi" era of dominance, and includes his exciting rivalry with Max Biaggi. If you're a new fan of the sport and looking for a place to start building a familiarization with the current personalities, drama, technology, and most of the same tracks used today this DVD is an excellent place to start.
