    Don't buy from this seller. The seller lied about sending the item and never responded to my follow up messages. Had to open a dispute to get my money back. Ebay issued a refund.

    As stated your item was lost and you were offered a refund or to have the item sent out to you again but you did not respond. My previous feedback speaks for itself with many high value transactions. It's unfortunate you have had such a poor reaction over a $60 phone case when you were offered a solution but felt the need to leave negative feedback and ignore our efforts to rectify the matter.
