  So, this did not come with the top of the box nor the insert; unfortunately, that's on me as it was in the description and I missed it. I received the ornament exactly as pictured and described. It was shipped quickly and packaged carefully. If I had noticed it did not have the top and insert, I would've offered a lower purchase price or purchased one that did, but again, that's on me and not on the seller.
