Product was falsely sold as fully working. With photos showing this. (The internal battery has run out which needs to be soldered in to fix, not just a replacement) Contacted seller explaining it would cost £10/£15 to fix and asked for them to meet in the middle with a refund so I could get it fixed. They offered £3 which increased to £5 after mentioned there would be negative feedback. They kept saying what they could get at CEX, terrible service, avoid seller in the future at all costs.
