  I received a torch that was not as described in the ad. The torch was supposed to have been a solar and rechargeable battery, but it was none of this. I contacted the seller and asked for the correct product to be sent but they could not do that. They offered a refund but I which I have not received.

  Absolute waste of time! At 4 weeks I requested tracking and was told it's in transit, I insisted on tracking and was told, 'post have lost the item, do you still want it'?! very upsetting and extremely poor communication. I asked for compensation and was told I would receive a refund. 2 months wasted.
