  Seller wanted to ship fragile antique item wrapped in newspaper. I requested bubble wrap. Seller refused. Seller sent 5 emails in one day. I was unable to get online that day. When I replied the following day, saying I would take the chance on the newspaper if package was insured, seller replied TO MY EMAIL that since I had not replied, he was refunding my money. On the plus side, he did issue a full refund.
