  Seller sold me a jacket which was a lot smaller than advertised. I did not want to give bad feedback, so contacted the seller, who stated that I would have to pay for its return out of my pocket and the they would refund me the original cost of the jacket. Which was not new as stated, This is against Ebay rules of sales. See photos

  Item was new and never worn however no tag as bought as gift . Item did not fit buyer and was as I thought the size XL as label says , so communicated back with buyer that happy to give full refund including initial posting costs if he sent back to me. Buyer was not happy as I advised him unfortunately he would need to pay the returning postage fee of which I did not find this an unreasonable request
