Quality lights
Bulbs are high quality, the seller is an excellent on time shipper. Unfortunately I had to reduce to the 3000K bulbs because these were just too bright and my kitchen is just too dirty (LOL- and even looked dirtier) but while they were in I found a bunch of stuff I had been looking for a long time. You can't win the cleaning battle so I've just given up.

Bump your mental awareness
Good tasting, good for a mental boost / mild stimulation- but don't expect a heart pounding energy rush. The same applies to the FRS drinks- but that's what I like about the product.
