Thanks for getting intouch. When sending out parts they are always given a quick wipe over before packing. Please accept my apologies that we did not take the extra time and care to ensure it arrived to you at the standard you expected. I would advise that in future if you would like a part that looks new it would be best to go to the main dealer and order from them, although it will cost 4x the cost of ours. If you would like to return the item please get intouch.
