Poor value pannier
1 of 1 found this helpful Useless. It said in ad that it fits all types of power chairs, but it didn't attach very well. Wouldn't go at all on preferred left hand side, so I put it on right side. I put a small bottle of water, and a scarf in the pannier. As soon as I went outside the thing fell off! The Velcro attachment was nowhere near safe or good enough to hold it in place. I would've sent it back, but not worth the cost. I've put it down to experience.
Total waste of time and money.
