Sensitive skin can use this.
My daughter has eczema and loves this. It moisturizes well, does not irritate and smells fantastic without being overpowering.

A little too tiny.
Works well, but no temp control and it is VERY small. Smaller than expected.

Great Eyeliner - Smooth, Well Controlled Application
I originally purchased this product at Walmart and loved it. Unfortunately, Walmart no longer carries Milani. I love this eyeliner because of how smoothly it applies and how easy it is to control how thick or thin you want your line. Works much better than a liquid eyeliner. Please keep carrying it.
