Great Item.. Shipping needs attention!

This item is working well with no current problems. However item was not packed well from the shipper. The manifold is made from a thin plastic and very vulnerable to breakage. Packed in a thin sealed bag...rough handling during shipment could have compromised the manifold tank. I recommend that the item be placed in a box during shipping.

Shipped the Incorrect Cabin Filters

Not the correct part. I sent the company a message regarding this discrepancy. The filters that were shipped to me do not have holes in the sides. Their answer to me is to force the filter against the plastic retaining pins in the blower housing to create mounting holes for the filter. This is totally unacceptable. Their picture on the ebay website does have have correct filter that i need with the predrilled holes in the side. I do not understand why they will not ship me the correct filter. I will not risk the possibility of breaking the plastic mounting pins in the blower housing of my vehicle.
