1841 versus 1851

Gardiner and the LSO have come up with an exciting, insightful reading of #2. It’s beautifully played and recorded. The 1841 version of #4 doesn’t cut it. Gardiner should have used the 1851 edition which is superior in every respect. Hence, this release is only 50% worthwhile. BA
