You get what you pay for.
The pen brush and the cloth are ok. The bristles are soft and well protected.
Personally, I also carry with me some disposable lens paper.
The little sponges (on the back of the pen) are no good. It's good that you can remove them from the pen and save some space.
The blower is nice and strong, but a bit large to carry around in your camera case.

Very useful.
This is NOT a toy like the ones we usually see. This is an instrument that allowed me to get a closer look at those tiny smd solders and locate shorts and bad connections. Now, I can't work without it. The working distance is a bit small at high magnifications, so I usually operate it at medium settings to do all the work and then switch to high for the final inspection. The illuminator is good although light tends to be reflected on the solder and cause an annoying shining. Usually, I dial it to low intensity and use my bench light to have more ambient illumination of the pcb.

Gets the job done and at a price allowing for replacement without worries.
