Rubber weight
1 of 1 found this helpful Good rubber weight. Smells like a fresh and brand new tire.
The weight is pretty hard if pushing it with your fingers. Some rubber weights are soft to the touch, but this one is quite hard and unyielding to the fingers. It does however bounce quite nicely and absorbs shock very well. Works perfectly on concrete floor.

In desperate need of a professional English editor
0 of 1 found this helpful This book is in desperate need of a professional native English speaking editor to go through it and correct the plethora of grammatical errors and, even more so, the odd phrasing that while not technically wrong, does not flow well at all. It also lacks basic things such as a copyright page, table of contents, and index. Also lacking is a bibliography.
The content is unique and thought provoking, but becomes redundant and repetitive after a certain point. I think this book would be do just fine and be a more easy read without losing any of its point if it was 50 - 75 pages less than it is. A lot of the repetitiveness could be cut out completely.
Recommended for those interested in European traditions and stories for a new point of view on them, but this a book that does not flow very well in English, and one that I can easily imagine most people would not finish simply because of that fact, without consideration for the actual content.
Again, this book is unfortunately in desperate need of a professional native English speaking editor.

Deep sounds, heavy vibration
This drum has deep sounds and heavy vibrations that resonate throughout an enclosed space, and will lightly shake thin walls in a residential structure if beaten hard enough. Playing the drum close to your body, you will notice resonance from things like clothing and body hair when the drum is positioned and beaten correctly. You can also hold the edge against your body for a more direct effect; try placing it on the sternum and keeping a steady beat.
Muted higher tones.
Drum is well constructed it seems. I feel this is a good quality product with good quality control.
