Dyson refuses to replace just this part and spring, so this is the answer
Exactly the same quality as the original. It's a little difficult to install but with a little coaxing it snapped in. Works and looks exactly like the original.

Great blades, convenient dispenser
The blades are every bit as sharp and accurate as competing brands, and the dispenser is excellent not only for the 15 blades it carries but also for the ability to store the used blades which I find a common issue.
