Watched The Watches
I bought two to give as gifts, and "test-drove" them both for a day. Only had to wind them once and they kept perfect time for the whole day. The date mechanisms work fine as well. Only negative I found was that there were no formal instructions enclosed. But one only has to know to pull the stem-tab out one click and turn backward to set date, or two clicks to wind by turning forward. Only needs about 15-20 turns, or until resistance is felt.

A Good Thumb-Through
The book is very full of scientific theory and explanations, and therefore technically way above my head. Almost more of a reference book than something I could read from start to finish. But the subject matter is so intriguing it somehow didn't matter. It all served to offer very compelling evidence that some portion of our government has the situation of alternative energies for spaceflight well in hand, that we are a lot farther along than we think we are, and that maybe some day the right people will gain control of the secrets now kept locked away and the world will benefit from their revelations. Simplistic hopes, I suppose. But then I am a simple person.
