Dancing with the fates
Lots of twists,turns etc and how they are resolved by a pretty resourceful ex con. He and the problems do a dance that is an enjoyable read.

The best story line
This author was tending her husband who at the time had alzheimers (read the last section of the book where where she tells you about him). She put
herself into this novel at the same time and it shows. It's probably, for now, the best
in the series . They are all quite moving and keep you wanting to know more. It's all about the characters choices in life, how some go onto a better life and some.......You get the picture.

banditti is an old word for a groups of bandits
Supposedlly a true nefariious brew of how ranchers held a town hostage to their wlll.
They lied , killed , cheated and stole during this period of time out in the open to control and intimidate. It took years to clean up . Kind of like todays politics. Informative on the way of life and its hardships.
