  Communication was good and the book was dispatched promptly arriving on one of the two days indicated in the estimated delivery (not sure which one). It had rained heavily for some of the time that the book was in our letter box and the paperback book mailing envelope was a little damp so I was worried that the book would be wet. However, the inside of the envelope was lined with a thin film of plastic and so the book was completely dry. Thank you for taking that extra care with the packaging.

  The item arrived well on time, with the padded satchel the magazines were posted in being nicely taped to conform with the shape of the contents, so preventing any unnecessary jogging in transit, and minimising the chance of any damage, such as covers becoming detached.   Perfect Ebay seller - better than a shop, because i didn’t have to go anywhere or lug heavy book home. Seller happy to engage in realistic price negotiation. Noticed book posted on day i paid for it + in Australia Post padded + tacked bag. Do like that tracking feature - Ebay should have it as an optional extra. All in all, bought ( out of 5 of this series on Ebay all for around $20 each- no deal with seller still wanting $30: what competition ( and Ebay) is all about.
