  Item was poorly packaged for shipping. Book and ornament box simply without any protective bubble wrap, etc. stuffed into a used Amazon mailing envelope (hope you enjoyed your BBQ stainless steel burners). All should have been boxed and secured for shipping. The ornament box was broken in transit. One of the screws holding on the lid became dislodged and the lid came unglued from the rest of the box. I think it can be repaired. There was also some slight damage to the edge of the lid top.

  What a NASTY comment & I'll buy what I want and re-use packaging, It's NOT your business! DON"t buy from me again!! You are going to be BLOCKED! If you had a problem I would have resolved, taking the low road gets you no where fast!
