Solar Panels Overrated
I tested these solar panels on a bright cloudless sunny day connected to a fully charged 12 volt 2AH wet cell battery. I had it connected to a 60 amp regulator and a load that drew about 600 MA.
The most I could get out of either one was 12 volts at 364 ma. of current. This amounts to less than half of the advertised power. Needless to say in a short time I only had 11.5 volts of battery power. I would not advise buying these panels unless you don't need more than 5 watts.

Works better than expected.
I needed to clone an IR controller as I only had one and the supplier could not/or would not supply me with a back up. The controller only had 5 functions so it was easy to clone with the RM-L7. It worked the first time I tried it. I have not tried it on multiple devices but it seems it would be difficult to determine which of the 7 devices i had accessed. If the RM-L7 had a digital readout or led's to determine which device was being accessed it would help. To sum it up, it works perfectly for my needs and I am happy..
