Good deal if you can get it cheaply
This lens does not magnify the image but shortens the minimum focusing distance. I purchased it for about $30, so I had modest expectations. Since it fits with the 14-40 version 2 and 40-150 Version 2 lenses, it's convenient. Probably not for serious macro work; more of a convenience.
The lens fits onto the bayonet system for both lenses and filters need to be removed to do so; at least on the 40-150.
