Items inside original boxes, wrapped with black plastic. Listing didn't say any damage but SSD screw was missing, 2 scratches top right of screen and a bright spot bottom left. Seller comped with a Surface Dock 2 and screws (they don't fit); good packing, cardboard box, packing peanuts and plastic. Laptop didn't turn on or charge, but with help from Seller it still works 1 week later. Has warranty.
