Olympus m:robe. Nice but can be better.
This is a nice combination music player/picture viewer/camera. However the camera is quite poor and does not take great pictures. It will not replace your Mega pixel camera since its quality is like some of the newer cell phone cameras. Most people will use this device just for the music player and the picture viewer. It does both things adequately well. The picture viewer is quite good and you can create slide shows but the music player can be better implemented. It is not as elegant as the Ipod's user interface. Speaking of the user interface, it is navigated through the touch screen. This is a nice idea but you will find yourself cleaning the screen frequently as it takes your finger prints quite easily. The screen itself is very bright and vivid and shows pictures very well. The m:robe ships with Olympus’ m:trip software for PC. This is the only way to get music and pictures to the device. The software is not as well-designed as itunes but works well enough and is not too difficult to figure out. I wish it is possible to just transfer your music and pictures by dragging them from your PC to the m:robe but you must use the cumbersome software. The m:robe is automatically detected by windows XP as an external hard drive and functions well as one. With 20GB of storage space it makes a nice external hard drive. The device is portable but a little chunky in my opinion. It will fit in your pants pocket but not too comfortably. It is not as slim nor as light as the latest or recent versions of the ipod. In fact, it feels more like the first generation ipod. The package includes a dock, ac adapter, a wired remote controller, usb cable, and a soft carrying case. All in all, this is a nice portable music player/photo viewer. The camera is gimmicky and is just a tacked on feature. In fact, I would trade the camera feature for video player functionality and an external speaker. But for its low price, I bought mine for about $160 on ebay, it makes a nice candidate as a mp3/photo viewer.

Best platformer for the PSP.
This game is very fun to pick up and play. You play the game as Daxter from the Jak and Daxter series that was available on the PS2. As an exterminator, Daxter's job is the help rid the town of bugs. The graphics really show what the PSP can do. With a smooth frame rate, high polygon count and vivid colors, the game is one of the best looking PSP titles out there. The controls are also easy to pick up and the game controls quite well with the PSP analog nub. Buttomline: If you need a fun platformer with a quality story and excellent graphics, this the the game for you.

Nice improvements over previous versions. One bug?
This game is a nice improvement over the original FIFA game for the PSP that came out in 2005. You get the full compliment of leagues and rosters with real players. You can play quick games, tournaments, or play in a manager mode that is similar to franchise mode in Madden. Manger mode is the most fun as you take complete control of a team and deal with player with player acquisitions, the media, the fans, your boss and even sponsors. If you don't meet certain requirements like cups, winning the league or avoiding relegation, you might lose your job. Also you have to keep players happy or your team chemistry will suffer. For those who have played earlier FIFA versions on the PSP or on PS2, the controls are intuitive and easy to pick up. For those who haven't the controls might take a little getting used to. Overall, the graphics in the game are pretty good, though I think the players can stand to be a little bigger on screen. The stadiums look excellent and the fan chants really had to the atmosphere. The commentary is also top notch and keeps the game interesting. My only gripe is with the PSP analog controller (nub). It is not as precise as I would like. Sometimes, I cannot control the players the way I would like to due to this issue. I suppose that this is a PSP issue and not a problem with the game. One other note is that the game sometimes causes the PSP to restart for no apparent issue. Doing some research on google, I found out that I am not the only one who has this problem so there is something slightly amiss with the game. The restarts are not that frequent. I noticed that if I make a substitution at halftime in manager mode the game sometimes restarts! So to avoid that, I make substitutions right after the start of the second half. Since then I haven't had any in game restarts just one more when I was in the office menu of manager mode. It can be disconcerting as you will lose any unsaved data. So it is important to enable auto-save. Otherwise this is a complete soccer title that is really fun to play. If you are a fan of video game soccer, you will enjoy playing this game.
