So far so good
I've only had this trimmer a short time but so far I love it. After stabbing myself for years with sharp scissors trying to cut nose hair, I bought this based on a few reviews saying it was great. However, since several other reviews said it was poorly designed and the head shattered easily if dropped, I wasn't sure what I'd get. Since it's apparently very fragile and easily broken if dropped, I keep it covered with the case unless I'm using and handle with care to avoid dropping. So far it works like a charm (fast, efficient, no pain, no pulling).
