Wheelbarrow Wheel

BEST GUIDE I'VE EVER READ TO HEALTHY EATING
This book makes it so easy to comprehend and understand the most sensible approach to eating well for good health and away from the fad diet type method which is known to ultimately fail. This lifestyle and easy to implement is such a good way to train oneself on a gradient to understand and take one step at time with full knowledge on why and how it works. I've been reading a few pages each day and implenting it as I go with the delicious recipes and its fun to explore ingredients I never knew existed. Its all a part of caring for myself and health without the "quick fix" method and making it a long lasting lifestyle.

Excellent Introduction to the Keto lifestyle
This book is surprisingly different from most that I've read about the Keto diet. It has such a personal journey, that it makes the content much easier to absorb on a gradient. I'm enjoying the fine details that are described about this new way of thinking and doing food.
