Good fit
There aren't really instructions that come with it. The rubber spacer may need to be used on the upper end of the radiator, as the inlet port may be smaller than the one of the radiator you are replacing.
If the two additional lines are not needed on the bottom, you will need to cap those. My radiator came with one cap, but a quick trip to Autozone and I picked up a second cap and hose clamp.
