  Good morning. Thank you for taking care of the return refund so quickly. Your note said you had not responded quickly but you did and I really appreciate it. The packing looked like it should have been adequate the box must have been dropped hard to break the green plate and as I was looking at the other plates the gray one was broken as well. If you ever come across another of the green Woodfield plate please let me know. It is the only one that I need to complete my collection. Thank you.

  Thank you for understanding . Sometimes I wonder if putting fragile on a package makes it a target for rough handling. I sure will keep you in mind if I come across another green plate. I am just curious, not that it matters now, but did you have insurance on the order? I just don't know how all that works. Regards, Gail

  Item is not “perfect” as described, at all. The purse has FILTHY interiors…I even found a piece of dog food! From the pics, the seller hid the flaws. Seller offered a return for a full refund, but that is a complete waste of my time & money (I have already wasted enough!). I do not recommend this seller.

  I don't understand why this buyer wouldn't accept my apologies and hasn't accepted my offer of sending the item back at NO cost to the buyer and a total refund. I can understand a negative rating but I tried to rectify the situation as It was an honest mistake as I had explained previously. I would not recommend this buyer.
