    Item is not “perfect” as described, at all. The purse has FILTHY interiors…I even found a piece of dog food! From the pics, the seller hid the flaws. Seller offered a return for a full refund, but that is a complete waste of my time & money (I have already wasted enough!). I do not recommend this seller.

    I don't understand why this buyer wouldn't accept my apologies and hasn't accepted my offer of sending the item back at NO cost to the buyer and a total refund. I can understand a negative rating but I tried to rectify the situation as It was an honest mistake as I had explained previously. I would not recommend this buyer.

The packaging was flimsy and the inner box was crushed. I can't speak to the quality as it will be a gift in May and I haven't taken it out of the package.
